This wine is made by the ebullient Yves Grassa based in the heart of historic Gascony. This blend is crisp and fresh with lots of lovely citrus and apple plus the nearest hint of boiled sweets. It has a touch of balancing sweetness to flesh it out and is great with seafood and especially shellfish.
