Brilliant, light straw yellow colour with a greenish hue. Complex yet delicate bouquet, initially reminiscent of minerals, lime, apples, pears and pineapple. The palate reveals balance, forthcoming fruit and a pleasantly persistent, ever so slight bitter finish. (PP)
