Terms and Conditions of Business and Use

General

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.

Purchasing wine from Just Wine Limited trading as justwine.com means that you accept all our terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

In the unlikely event of a wine becoming unavailable, a substitute of equal or greater value in a similar style will be supplied. All wines are subject to change without notice.

Just Wine Limited has made every effort to ensure that the information on the justwine.com web site is correct, accurate and up to date. However, we take no responsibility whatsoever for information that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.

Please appreciate that images of vintage wines can vary. Whilst the image will be representative of the wine supplied there may be slight variations in design.

Please remember alcohol should be consumed in moderation

Age Restriction

It is illegal to sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18

Any person purchasing wine must be 18 years of age or older.

Deliveries to third parties, or gifts to other individuals - the recipient must be 18 years of age or older.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

If our couriers are in doubt of the age of the recipient of an order they will request some form of ID. In the event that this is not satisfied the couriers are not permitted to leave the wine.

Prices

Prices quoted are per case. A case is six bottles unless otherwise stated.

All prices quoted are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). Prices exclude delivery charges.

Cancellations

All sensible requests for cancellation will be considered up to 10 days from delivery of the goods

The goods must remain in excellent condition and all the bottles of wine must remain unopened.

Please see the policy on returns for incidences when the goods are considered unsatisfactory.

Warranties

All the wines for sale are considered to be of satisfactory quality.

Disclaimer

Images may not always correspond to the wine description. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the images are really representative of the wines, Just Wine Limited cannot always guarantee this.

In some cases it may be necessary to supply a wine of a later vintage. This is due to the arrival of new stock or our vintners have deemed the new vintage to be of better value. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that this is really the exception there may be occasions when this happens. Please inform us in the notes section - at the checkout stage - if this is unacceptable.

Intellectual Property Rights

All Intellectual Property Rights ("IPR") in the appearance and design of the website and the materials and contents displayed on this website shall belong to the Just Wine Limited
You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information obtained from this website. You may only download to your personal computer for viewing purposes and print out a number of pages of this website for your personal use.
Just Wine Limited assumes no responsibility for the contents of any other websites to which this website has links. As such, we shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damages caused or alleged to have been caused by use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available on such hyperlinked sites, over which Just Wine Limited has no control. The inclusion of any hyperlinks to such other websites does not mean that the Just Wine Limited endorses the material on which web sites or has any association with the owner thereof.

Limitation of Liability

Just Wine Limited will take no responsibility for any loss or damage caused by breakages or spillages of the wine.
Suitable care and attention must be taken when handling cases of wine, bottles of wine and other packaging material.
Extreme care must be taken when opening bottles of wine especially sparkling wines and champagnes.
Just Wine Limited will take no responsibility for any personal injury, loss or damage caused by the opening of wine bottles.

Our online payment system allows you to take a wide range of online payments to suit your requirements. Our products are specifically designed to enable the secure, real-time processing of online credit and debit card transactions.
We have not compromised on security, functionality or service - our online payment system in many cases surpasses, the security standards set out by the banking institutions.
