Deliveries

Delivery is charged at £5.99 inc VAT for all wine gifts and single bottle orders and £8.95 inc. VAT for all wine cases (6 or 12 bottle cases). Delivery is free of charge for orders over £200. Deliveries will only be made within the United Kingdom mainland.

All deliveries will be made within 5 working days from receipt of order.

Deliveries are usually made on Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 5.00pm. All cases of wine have to be signed for.

Returns - Satisfaction Guaranteed

We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

If the goods are damaged, the bottles are broken or the wine is spoilt Just Wine Limited will replace the goods in full, replace the damaged items or refund the price of the goods in part or in full.

Just Wine operate a satisfaction guarantee. All requests for returns must be made within 30 days of the date of delivery of the goods. These can be made by telephone, e-mail or fax. See 'contact us' section for details regarding correspondence with Just Wine Limited.
